Treatment

Prosper Behavioral Health provides online psychiatric evaluation and medication management to adults. We offer help with depression, anxiety, and many other mental health concerns. Online care and telehealth expands access to care and may be a good fit for you if you are currently experiencing mild to moderate symptoms. Online care is not a good fit for patients with the following symptoms and/or conditions: Current high-risk self-harming behavior, schizophrenia or psychosis, bipolar I disorder or acute mania, severe substance use, severe/medically unstable eating disorders, and/or serious medical conditions.

Please Note: Patients who are prescribed controlled substances will need to be seen in person at our Bellevue office. For questions regarding our controlled substance policy, please contact our office.

Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Mood Disorders including Bipolar II Disorder, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Prosper Behavioral Health offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations which include assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning to address your mental health concerns. The treatment plan may include medication and medication management by a psychiatric prescriber.

Psychotherapy is not offered at this time. Referrals may be available. Please contact our office for additional information.

The initial evaluation is scheduled for 1 hour to allow adequate time for you and your provider to discuss your history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. At the end of your appointment, you and your provider will form a custom treatment plan together. Your treatment plan may include medication options. Your provider will answer any questions you may have regarding the treatment plan and/or medications.

Insurance & Payment

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including: Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, PacificSource, Molina Health, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Life Wise.

We offer affordable private pay rates. Please contact our office for more information.
